Video Course: Table Thai Yoga Massage for Back Relief

Heath & Nicole Reed

Learn how to enhance back mobility, stability, and ease with Thai massage. Inspired by ancient healing systems and evolved for modern times, these techniques relieve low-back, SI joint, and hip pain. Experience the "yes breath," the first expression of human movement seen in utero, and apply Thai yoga therapy to remedy common aches, pains, and postural distortions resulting from excessive sitting, sedentary lifestyles, or injuries. We specifically target the psoas, adductors, quads, hamstrings, QL, erectors, deep six, and glutes, as well as the SI joint, L4-L5, and sciatic nerve impingements. Have fun as you practice to safely stretch and release restrictions along fascial and energetic meridians to improve clients’ sense of ease in their low back.
