Fascial Anatomy: How Microscopic Images of Fascia Inform our Understanding

Course Description: Learn to identify the different types of fascia and their qualities by viewing images of fascia under the microscope. Join fascia expert Gil Hedley for this in-depth course on the anatomy of the fascial layers: skin, superficial fascia, perifascia, and deep fascia. Magnified dissection images and videos show each layer’s organizational structure and its role in connection and movement. Note: This course contains still images and videos from human dissections.

Instructor Bio

**Gil Hedley,** PhD, has been teaching “integral anatomy” in the lab, lecture hall, and online at gilhedley.com since 1995 to professionals from the entire range of healing and fitness modalities. He is the producer of the Integral Anatomy Series, the author of several books of poetry and prose, and has now created the “Anatomy from A to Z” project, a comprehensive 240-hour on-camera tour of human anatomy based on his integral, whole-body approach. All of his content is now available online. Gil is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he presides over the Board of Directors of the Institute for Anatomical Research, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit corporation focused on expanding the study of integral anatomy through cadaver studies.

i cannot seem to locate the exact time, date and registration. I see 2.24 and 3.21 as dates for a different topic. Help? Thx

Ohio Adopts Interstate Massage Compact

The Ohio legislature adopted Senate Bill 56 on June 21, becoming the second state to enact the Interstate Massage Compact. Massage therapists will soon be able to obtain a multistate license that will reduce holdups and delays that often occur when moving to a different state.

US Department of Education 150% Rule Update

A federal judge has granted a preliminary injunction that halts the enforcement of the US Department of Education’s new Bare Minimum Rule, also known as the “100% rule,” until the court takes further action. This is the first step in what could be a lengthy battle to ultimately delay enforcement of the rule, providing schools more time to adjust their programmatic standards, or overturn the rule altogether. Colorado Bill Requires Local Background Checks

Governor Jared Polis signed into law House Bill 24-1371, requiring local government (counties, cities, or municipalities) to conduct periodic criminal background checks for massage establishment operators, owners, and employees.
