Hi Jason, Thank you for reaching out. The Summit starts soon at 10 am Mountain time, so we've got plenty of time to get this straightened out. You should have received a confirmation email with a unique link that looks like abmp.live/<your personal ID number>. That will take you to the event page, which currently has a live countdown. Send me an email at jed@abmp.com if you need additional assistance. —Jed

I already have registered but can’t find how to get into it to watch.

Hi Amanda, Your link should be abmp.live/--your ID #--. Email me at jed@abmp.com if I can help.

i am able to get the ce summit on my phone but not my computer. I have the live registration with the number authorized for me. I would really like to use my computer and not my phone.

The same link should work on both phones and computers. If you email me at jed@abmp.com and let me know what is happening on your computer I can try and help more directly.

cant log in using my registration numbers.

Hi, Your link should be abmp.live/---your ID number---, and you'll get to a page where you can launch the summit. If that isn't working for you, please email me at jed@abmp.com and I'll help figure out what we can do to help.

The quiz disappeared  and I have not been able to get it back. Very frustrating. After listening to Dr. Nicola's lecture, I was cut off.

The next offering is at 230pm.  I wanted to be done with answering the quiz questions.

Jennifer, I called to see if I could help and left a voicemail. If you could try reloading the page, clicking the "Dr. Nicola Finley Quiz" box, and waiting 30 seconds to a minute. Please email me at jed@abmp.com if I can help.

I was unable to view the summit. When I registered for the summit, it gave me an option to save to my calender. The wrong time was saved, so I did not get to watch the video. Will I be able to access the video at a later date or time?

Sheeka, I just answered via email but first off I apologize and will look into the calendar functionality, and second yes, you will have access as an ABMP member to the courses on-demand starting on Friday. You can still catch Wednesday and Thursday of the Summit live, and the schedule is available at www.abmp.com/summit. We'll let you know when the presentations are in the ABMP Education Center (www.abmp.com/ce) on Friday.

I want to rewatch one of the offerings. I thought that they would be available to watch in the CEU library… I can find the link to the summit but not the individual course offerings. How do I access them?

Hi Heather, Here is the answer to your question. Let us know if we can help!

I won’t be able to attend all of the live presentations. Will replays and CE credit be available after the event?

ABMP members: yes, all of the webinars will be added to the ABMP Education Center after the event for you to view and take an online quiz to earn free CE credit at ABMP.com/ce. You will not, however, have the opportunity to interact with the presenter during these viewings as you will during the live event.

Non-members: you will have the ability to purchase the courses and CE (excluding Dr. Nicola Finley’s presentation) in the ABMP Education Center after the live event date.
