What makes your brand’s workplace unique? Why work for Elements Massage?

Elements Massage’s mission is to provide the best therapeutic massage experience for clients by taking care of, and respecting, massage therapists. The focus and respect the brand has for massage therapists is a big reason it has one of the highest satisfaction ratings on Glassdoor.com and Indeed.com. Simply put, by putting massage therapists first, an unparalleled client experience can be provided. The brand provides one of the best places for a massage therapist to grow their skills, to practice, and to achieve personal and professional goals.

We can talk about how our brand is unique all day long, but it’s best if massage therapists see and feel for themselves. Feel free to visit an Elements Massage studio, ask to reserve time with their massage therapists, and meet their amazing owners and managers. Form your own opinion once you have a chance to experience the Elements Massage culture!

How much can I expect to earn? What kind of benefits do Elements studios offer?

According to our brand’s recent national culture survey across studios, Elements Massage studio full-time (25 hours/week) massage therapists self-reported an average pay of $34/per hour including gratuity. Part-time massage therapists (16 hours/week) reported $32/hour including gratuity.

Elements Massage individually owned and operated franchise studios provide all booking, accounting, restocking, and other normally incurred business charges, so therapists can stay focused on providing an amazing client experience. Elements Massage studios may offer additional benefits such as:

  • Free CEs
  • Signature trainings such as “No Thumbs Deep Tissue Massage”
  • Reimbursement for massage therapy licenses and personal professional liability insurance
  • Free massages
  • Medical insurance, retirement plans, wellness stipends/discounts, and more

Are there professional development opportunities within the Elements Massage brand?

In 2019, the Elements Massage brand will launch Elements Elite University, a personal and professional development program created for massage therapists. Additionally, studios may offer opportunities to mentor other massage therapists, become a manager, or become one of our brand’s select Elements Massage Ambassadors.

Many Elements Massage studio owners invest in their massage therapists by providing CE opportunities, paid licensure renewal, personal professional liability insurance, upscale break rooms to relax on downtime, and much more. Come experience our brand’s unique culture for yourself!

A federal judge has granted a preliminary injunction that halts the enforcement of the US Department of Education’s new Bare Minimum Rule, also known as the “100% rule,” until the court takes further action. This is the first step in what could be a lengthy battle to ultimately delay enforcement of the rule, providing schools more time to adjust their programmatic standards, or overturn the rule altogether.
