GSN Planet Announces Board Appointments

GSN Planet (GSN) announced the recent reelection of two members and emeritus appointment of one member. Those elected as members of the GSN Board are dedicated to leading the spa and wellness industry in creating long term, regenerative, and life-sustaining practices.

The GSN Board of Directors unanimously voted to re-elect Wendy Bosalavage and Adar Venyige for another 2-year term. Venyige has served on the GSN Board of Directors since 2016. Bosalavage completed her first term and has served as GSN Board Treasurer since 2019. GSN is delighted to have their continued efforts to deliver an ongoing positive contribution to GSN Planet.

Tracie Wertz served three consecutive terms for a total of 6 years and was unanimously voted to the Director Emeritus status. Tracie completed her service at the end of 2020. GSN shares its deepest appreciation and gratitude for her energy, leadership, and commitment to the organization. Tracie served as the chair of the nominating committee and will continue to volunteer for GSN.

“It is with great pride that we add Tracie Wertz to the ranks of our esteemed Emeritus Members of GSN Planet,” shared Thor Holm, GSN Board President. “Tracie has served the Board with distinction for the past six years and continues to contribute through her support of our new Nominations Committee Chair, a position that Tracie fulfilled with mastery.”
