ISPA Launches Virtual Stronger Together Summit for Spa Industry Professionals

The International SPA Association (ISPA) has added a new virtual experience to its 2021 lineup. The inaugural ISPA Stronger Together Summit was created to conveniently deliver relevant education to help spas across the globe elevate their businesses during these extraordinary times. The event will place May 10–14, 2021, using the interactive CVENT virtual platform. This event will be a first of its kind for the spa industry and will allow participants to access educational content during live sessions or on-demand.

The event schedule spans a one-week period to allow spa professionals the opportunity to join in live for small segments of time and still fulfill work obligations. Three Power Sessions featuring marketing guru Seth Godin, talent expert Seth Mattison, and motivator extraordinaire Dr. Bryan Williams will deliver high-caliber education and inspiration. An extensive series of Knowledge Builder Sessions will provide professional development content dedicated to important industry topics, while All About You Sessions will provide engaging opportunities for personal growth.

In addition to the educational content, the event will also include live Town Halls to facilitate the sharing of ideas and peer insights. An on-demand Product Learning Lab will feature the industry’s top brands and deliver information about must-have products, equipment and services to strengthen their spa business.

“The spa community is impressively resilient and gains strength when resources, ideas and lessons learned are shared openly. This virtual experience will help facilitate that effort when meeting in large in-person settings is not possible for most,” says ISPA President Lynne McNees. “The ISPA Stronger Together Summit will explore ways for us to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic more efficient, more innovative, and more powerful than ever before.”

Registration for the event will launch February 22, 2021, and will be exclusive to ISPA members. Members will be able to register at a $99 early registration rate through April 7. After that date and through the event, a registration rate of $129 will apply. Registrants will gain on-demand access to the vast majority of sessions offered as well as the Product Learning Lab for a 90-day period. The first 750 registrants will receive an Inspiration Box overflowing with spa products.
