New Mexico Department of Health Secretary Kunkel issued a Public Health Emergency Order today, permitting close contact businesses, including barbershops, hair salons, nail salons, massage therapy establishments, and esthetician clinics, to resume business operations June 1, 2020, at 25 percent occupancy.
Many counties entered the Green Phase, the third and final phase in Governor Tom Wolf's plan to reopen Pennsylvania.

Personal services, including barbershops, salons, and businesses providing braiding, nail care, waxing, and massage therapy, may reopen June 1, 2020, in Phase 2 of Reopening RI: Navigating Our Way.
The California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) sent an email late Friday evening with the following update:
"Today, however, we received an additional communication from the Director of the Department of Health Care Services:

There has been confusion and conjecture about when massage therapists and licensed beauty professionals (including estheticians, cosmetologists, barbers, nail professionals, and electrologists) may resume business operations in California. Following is the latest information.
On May 29, 2020, Governor Philip B. Scott amended Executive Order 01-20, moving more businesses into Phase 2 of Restart Vermont.
